The Devil stands before
you in the form of a large white goat
with powerfully twisted horns. He has a thousand arms, each
possessing a weapon of terrible strength. His face is more
horrible than the eye of a storm, and from his eyes flash
lightning bolts of intolerable brilliance. From his mouth
runs seas of blood. A playful smile of drunken intoxication
and mirth lines his lips as he beckons you to enter the
netherworld.

Directions:
The Devil is in Tower of Enlightenment. In my opinion, the easiest way to get
there is to go to the Mists at Ends painting in DAG ( 4s,
w, 2n, give 5000 coins receptionist, unlock n, open n, 2n, e, ne, nw, 2ne, enter
), move one south and portal to the hanged
man. If you walk 3e, u, w then the Devil will be
one west of you. If you really have to walk, however,
it's 6n, 3nw, w, n, 4e, s, w, sw, s, sw, 2s, e, 2se, 4e,
n, nw, 2n, w, e, ne, 2s, se, s, se, s, 4w, 2sw, s, 2w, s, sw, s, w, s, sw, s,
se, 2e, ne, se, 2e, (follow trail precisely here to avoid DT)
se, d, w, sw, 3n, open n, n, open n, 5n, kill anubis
for the key, unlock/open n, 2n, e, 4u, w to be
where he's one west of you.
Notes:
The Devil backstabs on entry, so send in the tank first and then only he'll
have it done to him (because if the Devil's fighting then it can't backstab,
right?). Have a char with an area attack so you can get rid of the guardian
vampires. If you need to flee then make sure you don't have passdoor, as you
can passdoor through into a DT.
The Devil also gouges and poisons.
